Obsessed with this place !! They have so many specials. 1. HAPPY HOUR 50% off all alcohol and fried baskets Monday — Thursday 3-6 PM! I love their fish n chips. They use cod here and it’s delicious! They also have a fisherman’s platter which is calamari, fish, shrimp, and soft shell crab. As far as alcoholic drinks, they’re known for their Cap’t Coolers and they have some beers on tap! 2. $1 oysters on Tuesdays all day !? Gulf & Blue Point oysters! 3. They’re currently running a promotion until TBD — order 4 pounds of seafood and you get unlimited garlic noodles with a free seafood add on (snow crab cluster, whole lobster, or lobster tail). *Make sure to call the store and ask if they’re still running all promotions. Also recommend making reservations !!* They’re known for their boiled seafood (clams are my favorite because they’re on the bigger side compared to other boiled seafood restaurants ) but their hidden gem is their spicy chicken sandwich. You can choose the spice level on the sandwich and wow — the hot is HOTTTT ❤️‍🔥 also friendly on your wallet 😉

Had a fantastic experience here! The seafood boil was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. Huge shoutout to Ashmi, who was an awesome waitress—she checked on us constantly and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Wanted to try this place out when I heard they had $1 Oysters all day on Tuesdays. Went there for dinner on a Saturday night..it was busy but well worth the wait. Crawfish was delicious and perfectly cooked. The oysters were awesome. They had both Gulf and Blue Point oysters. Service was excellent and owner came by to say hello and to thank us for dining w them. Came hungry but left extremely full and satisfied. Will definitely be back!!!

By far the BEST seafood boil place in dfw area. I ordered the seafood boil and the fish and chips, and the quality was exceeding my expectations. I also chose the special C option which was an amazing deal that comes with extra free seafood and unlimited garlic noodles. Every worker is attentive and friendly and the service was great. The atmosphere is amazing and I definitely will be coming back often.

Amazing food, service- our server was super knowledgeable and sweet! Thank you Ashmi! We had the best time! We had the seafood boil 4 lbs and it was a lot of food and my daughter had mild for her crab and it wasn’t too spicy. We will definitely be back!

Oysters and crawfish were fresh! Got the extra hot and it was tasty. We went during happy hour and there was half off alcohol and they had a buy 4lb deal going that came with unlimited garlic noodles, choice of crab or lobster, and sides. They were incredibly generous with the sausage too. In total it came out under $100 which is crazy good compared to other places. The place is has a nice modern bar vibe and everything was clean! Our server was super attentive too and made sure to mix the sauce for us before setting the bag. I will definitely be back to try their other stuff like the poboys

Quite the distance for us, but glad we made the drive. Great value when you considered all the special this place offers. We had 3 lbs crawfish, 1 lb shrimps, 1 dz blue point oyster, 1 whole lobster, sausage, corn, potato, sweet potato fries and unlimited garlic noodles all for less than $80. Place looks new and super clean but they have been open for over 2 years she said. Come try them out and support. Especially happy hour 3-6 and $1 oyster all day Tuesday. We will definitely come back for that.

The Ultimate Seafood Experience! (Tori is a Gem!) ​My family and I had an incredible meal at Cap't Loui! We ordered the snow crab, lobster tail, perfectly cooked shrimp, garlic noodles, and fries, and every single bite was an explosion of flavor. The seasoning was buttery goodness perfected! Everything was so delicious and fresh. Our server, Tori, was absolutely top-notch. Her service was attentive, friendly, and truly made our experience 5-stars. Highly recommend this spot!

I love it here! Had been wanting to try out a new spot and this place had great reviews. I was not disappointed, it exceeded my expectation. My server was amazing but I forgot her name. She recommended eating garlic noodles with my boil, 10000/10! It took it to the next level. Will definitely be going back!

Capt Loui is a newer, modern seafood spot that’s perfect for groups or casual nights out. The vibe is clean and updated compared to your typical seafood boil places, which makes it feel a little more elevated. Service was friendly and the food came out pretty quickly, even with a larger table. The seafood boil itself is on the lighter side in terms of seasoning at first but don’t skip the mix. Once you toss everything together, all that rich, buttery garlic sauce sitting at the bottom coats everything and really brings the flavor together. Definitely the move. Fried seafood platters were solid—crispy, well-portioned, and good for sharing. Nothing overly heavy or greasy. Beignet fries are tasty, but ice cream could have been better. The cocktail pouches are strong so one will do it for you! They also run some great specials: • Order 4 lbs of boiled seafood and get a FREE whole lobster, lobster tail, or snow crab cluster + unlimited garlic noodles (great value) • $1 Gulf & Blue Point oysters every Tuesday (all day) • 50% off alcoholic drinks & fried baskets Monday–Thursday from 3–6 PM Overall, a great spot if you’re craving seafood with a group and want something a little more modern than the usual boil spots.
